Return/ Exchange Policy

Returns

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.

No refunds or exchanges for any issues regarding the sizing of clothing. Returns/ Exchanges are only eligible for damaged and defective items. No Returns/ Exchanges for any items under different circumstances. 

No exchanges. Our fashion changes too quickly to keep enough stock. We apologize for any inconveniences. Certain types of items (mesh, lace, cut-out, short) cannot be returned such as tops, bottoms, jumpsuits, dresses, custom products (Birthday SZN Dresses or personalized items).

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on any item(s) from our “Birthday SZN” collection as well as our “Prom SZN Ready” collection. All orders are final.

All Refunds are ONLY eligible through sales credit (gift cards). Refunds are also only eligible for orders that arrive damaged (only store credit is accredited as well). 

NO REFUNDS ONCE THE DRESS BEGINS PRODUCTION

No cancellations for orders that aren’t set to arrive late based on our company processing and shipping times. We are not responsible for orders not placed within the correct time frame not arriving for a specific date, these orders can only be exchanged for a store accredited giftcard. Please be sure to read all shipping information stated in the product description and shipping tab under the “add to cart” button online. 

Pre-Order is stated in all Pre-Order items product title. This information can also be found on your order confirmation and order receipt. Information regarding shipping details based on the method selected at checkout can also be found on your order receipt and order confirmation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. we’ll provide our Return Address. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.

The package must not be opened or tampered with in no ways, digital proof of this will be required. Returns-Exchanges are only eligible for damaged and defective items. Again, No Returns- Exchanges for any items under different circumstances.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning. 

After your return is accepted, you have 48 hours to return and provide a tracking number proving the package is being returned.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, Please allow 10-15 business days (possibly sooner depending on your bank) for your funds to be posted back to the original payment method applied at checkout.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You only have 24 hours to report any damages or issues after your order is delivered. Any reports after 24 hours will result in you only being partially refunded.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Tops, Bottoms, or Jumpsuits), custom products (such as Birthday SZN Dresses or personalized items),clothing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Returns-Exchanges only eligible for damaged and defective items. No exchanges during COVID-19.

Any On Sale product may not be returned or exchanged. This supersedes all other Twins Attire’s return policies.
